Prayer and the annoyance of leveling it. (and other stuff)

Add something along the lines of "use X bones on altar" or use all bones, takes too long to get one level at 85+.
Also Teleblock is glitched to where it never wares off unless you die.
Perhaps make gwd less difficult to get into, spent 30 mins to get the 15 kills and was half outta pots.
Maybe rewards for voting (something small like 5m or so but worth the vote)?
Add a better shield to the shops since you can only buy rune kite, add dragon square/kite/crystal shield maybe.

Other then that, i think the server just needs more people
